Booking Policy: * A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within the first 24 hours of booking to hold your reservation. * A deposit is to make sure I am compensated for in the event of a last minute cancellation/no show. If you need to reschedule, your reservation can be moved once under the same deposit within 48 hours notice of your scheduled appointment date. Late Arrivals & Cancellations Policy: * If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Any amount of tardiness cuts into yours and others appointment time. Arriving too late to perform the service will result in your appointment being cancelled and 100% forfeiture of your deposit. * Multiple no shows/last minute cancellations will require you to pay in full to book. * You are able to reschedule once under the same deposit within 48 hours of the scheduled date. Please reschedule/cancel your appointment if you are not feeling well. If you are sick I will have to turn you away and a new deposit will be required to book again. Other: * My license only legally allows me to work on healthy nails and skin. If upon inspection I notice anything I am unable to work on, I will have to refuse service. For example: Extremely damaged nails, fungus, open wounds, etc. This is to prevent spreading anything to other clients or risking your health/nails.
