By booking an appointment you agree that you have read, understand and will abide by all policies. Booking Policy: • Read through and select ALL necessary services. If you are unsure about what to book reach out with desired length, design and picture of current nails. If you do not book the right services I am unable to guarantee I can make last minute changes. • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for your appointment to be accepted. If you do not respond within stated timeframe when contacted for deposit the appointment will be denied. • Your reservation can be moved once under the same deposit within 48 hours notice of your scheduled appointment date. Late Arrivals & Cancellations Policy: • I have a 15 minute grace period after which your appointment may be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to book again. If you arrive late, adjustments may need to be made to your services. If I determine you have arrived too late to perform any service your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit 100% of your deposit. • Multiple last minute cancellations and any no shows will require you to pay in full to book. Other: • My license only legally allows me to work on healthy nails and skin. If upon inspection I notice anything I am unable to work on, I will have to refuse service and your deposit will be forfeited. This is to prevent spreading anything to other clients, risking your health/worsening the condition of your nails. • If you show up to your appointment sick I will have to turn you away and a new deposit will be required to book again. • All prices are starting prices and vary based on time and product.
